Please close/restart your device before reattempting to upload a document. If you are still encountering an issue here, please check the format and file size is appropriate, below is what we support:
The 2Apply form supports up to 10MB files
2Apply will accept .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .pdf and .bmp files
Name of document does not contain symbols and the file length is not too long
Ensure that you have a strong internet connection when uploading documents. If the issue persists, please let me know the device and browser you are using. This will help us to better identify any potential issue.
