Click the Apply button on the property listing, whether on the agency’s website, portal, or via the link they sent you. Complete all required fields and ensure every section of the application is filled out before submitting.
Since the form is fully customisable by each real estate agency, some questions will be marked as required. If you miss a required field, it will be highlighted in red, and a “Required” message will appear.
To understand why certain information is requested, please contact the agency directly, as they set the specific requirements and questions.
If you cannot provide some required information, check the box labelled “I am unable to provide some of the required information above” and explain your reason in the field provided.
The form automatically saves your progress as you move between sections, but we recommend clicking the Save button at the bottom right of the form regularly to ensure nothing is lost.
Once you’ve completed a section, a checkmark will appear next to it to help you track your progress.
On average, completing a 2Apply application takes about 30 minutes. If you need to pause, save your progress before logging out so you can continue later.
