The most common reason you cannot see a partially completed or submitted application on your dashboard might be due to logging in with incorrect details.
Try navigating back to the original email or SMS you received from the agency and read the instructions on how to log in and what details to use.
Alternatively, you can check the account you are currently logged into by navigating to Applications and changing the dropdown to Complete for complete applications or for pending applications that still require all parties to submit. Seeing the Status of the Highlighted Pill button below will show you the status of the application within this account.
