If you have submitted an application and you still require additional people to apply, you will need to contact the Agency you are applying with and ask them to withdraw your application so that you can apply again for the same property and successfully link the application to the Other Applicant/s.
To successfully link the Other Applicants to the application, Applicant 1 will start the application and Navigate to the Other Occupants section of their account. If Applicant one has selected any field except the Just Me field, the Add Applicant Button will now show to add the Other Applicants 2Apply Profile to the application.

Please note that when linking the Other Applicants to the application, Applicant 1 must use the exact name. email and phone number for the Other Applicants 2Apply account or the information that they have saved in their Rental Profile will not transfer over into the application.

If you do include the wrong details for the account, you can go back into the application and edit these details to include the correct information and resend out the link for the Other Applicant/s to commence their side of the application.
Once you have included the correct information, click on the “Send Link to” button and an email will be sent to the email you have provided for the other Applicant/s to log into their 2Apply account and start their application.

Once Applicant 1 has submitted, the other Applicant/s will need to access the email you have sent them to log into their 2Apply account where they will now be in the application. Once the Other Applicant/s have all submitted their application, it will be sent through to the Agency to begin processing.
