Data may be deleted for several reasons. One common reason is that the storage upgrade was completed after the data had already been deleted.
To verify when your data was deleted, please refer to the timestamp of the email reminder you received. These reminders are automatically sent 24 hours before any scheduled data deletion.
Another possible reason is that the data storage was purchased on the wrong account or a duplicate account, rather than the one where the data was stored.
Note: Purchasing or extending data storage after data has been deleted will not recover the lost files. Unfortunately, once data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
