To update your email address or mobile number, you’ll need to log in using the email or mobile number currently associated with your account.
- Click on your initials in the top right corner of the page, then select Account Settings to make the changes.
- Navigate to your Account Settings page and click the Edit button next to your mobile number or email address to update it.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to you to verify and apply the changes.
Please note that if you update your email or mobile number in this section and save the changes, you will need to use these new details to log in to your account from that point onward.
If you want to update your details but cannot access your account, you must first log in using the email address or mobile number currently linked to it. For example, if the mobile number on file is incorrect, log in and request a verification code through your registered email address instead.
