You may have created your account using an email or mobile. You can include either the email or mobile into the log in field and then enter in your Pin to proceed to the Verification section of your account.

You will then be required to enter in your 4-6 Digit Verification code that you have received via email or mobile depending on how you attempted to log in to be entered to be able to proceed to your account.

If you are still having issues logging into 2Apply, refer back to your original communication received by the Real Estate Agent or the Apply Now button that was initially used and ensure that if there is any information for your account in the email, that it matches the information in your 2Apply account as if it does not, it means that you may have not been linked to the application correctly by another applicant and a new account has been created with the details provided.
