When you log in and go to the home page of your account, you’ll see a list of your applications, organised by status:
Unsubmitted Applications: These are the applications you’ve started but haven’t completed yet. The agency does not have access to any of the details you've entered until the application is submitted.
Waiting on Other Applicants: If you're part of a group application and not all applicants have completed their part, your application will remain in this category. The agency has not yet received any details from your application at this stage.
Submitted Applications: These are completed applications that have been sent to the agency. Applications that are in progress, successful, or unsuccessful will all appear in this section.
Withdrawn Applications: Any applications you’ve chosen to withdraw will be listed here.
This allows you to easily track the progress of each application.
The coloured pill above the property address indicates the status of your application. Alternatively, you can contact the agent directly to request an update on your application.
