A FindMe Profile contains some key details of who you are and what you are looking for in a rental property. If you choose to make your FindMe Profile 'visible to agents', you allow real estate agents to proactively match you with properties that they have available. If an agent matches you to a property for rent, they can contact you to invite you to attend an inspection or to ask you to apply, taking the hard work out of finding your next home!
Your FindMe Profile is not visible to anyone unless you decide to make it 'visible to agents', and you can change your settings at anytime.
Who can view my FindMe Profile?
Only real estate agents and property managers who have registered to use our systems can view your FindMe profile and contact you. Your 2Apply profile is not visible to anyone (the information in your 2Apply profile is only made available to real estate agents and property managers when you submit an application or otherwise engage with them).
What do property managers see when they view my FindMe Profile?
If you have set your FindMe Profile to 'visible to agents', agents will see certain key details to help them match you to their properties. For example, they'll be able to see your first name, the date you're looking to move in, your preferred location and details about your desired property, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We don't disclose to agents any other information that they can use to identify or contact you directly.
